After signing up and completing payment, you will be redirected to Amazon to authorize FBAlerts. Simply log in to your Amazon Seller account and click Authorize. The connection takes less than 60 seconds.
It depends on your plan:
- Starter: Every 30 minutes
- Growth: Every 20 minutes
- Pro: Every 15 minutes
You will receive alerts for:
- Sales: Every time you make a sale, with product name, price, and daily count
- Buy Box Lost: When a competitor takes the Buy Box, with their price
- Buy Box Won: When you regain the Buy Box
If you have multiple sales between checks, we batch them into one message. You will receive the total sales count and revenue in a single text so your phone is not buzzing constantly.
Notifications are sent based on your plan's check frequency - every 15, 20, or 30 minutes. Once we detect a new sale or Buy Box change, the SMS is sent within seconds.
It depends on your plan:
- Starter: Up to 10 products
- Growth: Up to 25 products
- Pro: Up to 100 products
We automatically monitor your highest-priced products first. You can customize which products are monitored in your account settings.
Yes. We use Amazon official SP-API with OAuth authentication. We never see or store your Amazon password. We only access order and pricing data needed to send your alerts. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.
Yes. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings. Choose to receive sales alerts, Buy Box alerts, or both.
Email us at support@fbalerts.com and we will cancel your subscription immediately. No questions asked, no hassle. You can also revoke FBAlerts access directly from your Amazon Seller Central under Apps and Services.
FBAlerts works with any phone that can receive SMS text messages. This includes all major US carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. International support is coming soon.
First, check that your phone number is entered correctly in your account. Make sure you have not blocked our number or enabled Do Not Disturb. If you are still not receiving alerts, email us at support@fbalerts.com and we will investigate immediately.
